Synvaren AI is a one-person AI and systems consultancy based in Melbourne, Australia, run by Shawn Hain. I diagnose how a business actually runs and implement the fix, rather than just recommending one. I work with small and medium businesses, and the agencies that serve them. Often that's an owner-led or lean operation with heavy admin load and off-the-shelf tools that don't talk to each other. Profitable small businesses are the heart of it, but the same problems hit bigger teams, and I work with them too.

When there's something worth fixing, I implement it: the right tools set up properly, your systems wired together so data stops being re-keyed, AI put to work where it earns its place, and custom software only when nothing off-the-shelf fits. The person who diagnosed it stays accountable for delivering it.
